Shipping policy

Mad Reefer Aquatics ships live coral overnight across the U.S. on Mondays only (order by Sunday for that Monday’s ship-out). We also offer free local pickup and local delivery within ~80 miles of Parowan, UT (1282 South Red Canyon Drive, Parowan, UT 84761).

Flat rate: $49 overnight livestock shipping at checkout (customer-paid unless a promo says otherwise).

Extreme heat or cold may delay shipment for livestock safety — we’ll contact you if held (often to the next Monday).

Local pickup: free, no minimum; Fri–Sun 10am–7pm or by appointment.

Local delivery: 0–6 mi min $20 free; 6–20 mi min $20 + $5; 20–80 mi min $40 + $10; $100+ free within 80 miles.
