How we get coral to you

Mad Reefer Aquatics ships live coral overnight across the U.S., and also offers local pickup and local delivery from Parowan, UT.

Overnight shipping (livestock)

• We ship live coral via overnight service so animals spend minimal time in transit.
• Ship day: Mondays only. Order by Sunday to make that Monday’s ship-out. Orders placed after Sunday go out the following Monday.
• You’ll get tracking once the box is handed to the carrier.
• Overnight livestock shipping is a flat $49 at checkout (customer-paid unless a promotion says otherwise).  Orders $299 and up get free overnight livestock shipping. Local pickup stays free.

Weather holds

Live coral is sensitive to heat and cold. In extreme heat or freezing conditions, we may delay shipment until it’s safe (often to the next Monday). You’ll get a text, call, or email if we need to hold your order. This protects the coral — and your purchase.

Packaging

Corals are packed for overnight transit with insulated packaging and heat or cold packs as conditions require.

DOA (dead on arrival)

If something arrives DOA, take clear photos of the unopened box, the packed livestock, and the animal within 2 hours of delivery, then contact us the same day at (424) 255-2558 or madreeferaquatics@gmail.com. Valid DOA claims are eligible for replacement or store credit (we’ll confirm terms when you report it). Issues reported late or without photos may not qualify.

Local pickup

After you order, we’ll reach out to schedule a pickup date and time. Local pickups are expected within one week of ordering. Pickup is in Parowan, UT (1282 South Red Canyon Drive).
